Ronald G. Humphrey is President of CodeRed Business Solutions an aerospace and defense and public transportation consulting firm which he founded in 2002. The company is a service connected disabled veteran and minority owned businesses.  Ronald Humphrey has a broad and distinguished background in DoD Logistics, Public Transportation and Marketing/Business Development.

Ronald is a senior executive and former USAF Senior Master Sergeant with more than 35 years of experience in the DoD, USAF and the aerospace & defense industry.  In addition, Ronald has more than 10 years of experience in Public Transportation identifying critical supply chain problems requiring improvement. 

Ronald’s management and consulting experience includes aviation maintenance, repair, & overhaul, supply chain management, program & material management, acquisition logistics, operational support logistics, in-service product life-cycle support, business development, and information technology marketing.

Family Care Center

  • Crisis intervention and long-term & short-term individual, group or family psychotherapy with children, adolescents and adults diagnosed with HIV.
  • Neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessment of children and adolescents.
  • Consultant to multidisciplinary medical team regarding psychological and neuropsychological functioning among HIV + patients.

Kirk A. Abbott PhD, has a PhD. in chemical engineering and operations research from Carnegie Mellon University. He has been working in the area of advanced analytics for the last 18 years. He has applied simulation, forecasting and optimization techniques to alumina plant operations, chemical reactor design, healthcare managed care contract pricing and rigorous strategic pricing.  He is the author of multiple modeling languages which are necessary to facilitate rapid development of advanced analytic solutions. 
  

Jin Liu, PhD. has a PhD in Hydrodynamics. She has worked at NASA and Shell and is a seasoned software developer specializing in converting abstract mathematical algorithms into real software products. At NASA she implemented the trajectory software to support the space shuttle entry and landing. At Shell she implemented software to analyze seismic data through wavelets. Over the last four (4) years Jin has been the science manager for multiple advanced pricing software solutions. She has experience with data-mining, forecasting and optimization in the airline and healthcare spaces and has excellent database skills. 
 

Thomas M. Frisby, has a degree in Business Administration and over 20 years experience in revenue and yield management.  He helped pioneer revenue management in the airline business by co-developing one of the industry’s first automated scientific solutions for Eastern Airlines in 1983. Recently, as a consultant, he was responsible for system implementation and best practice revenue management consulting to the highly successful Southwest Airlines. In his consulting role he also participated in opportunity analysis studies, which helped introduce revenue management principles to other industries including healthcare.

Frank Garcia.

Twenty-seven years of Federal Civil Service.  Assignments included the position as Rural Transportation Policy Coordinator for U.S. Department of Transportation in Washington, DC.  Held management positions in the US Department of Transportation Federal regional offices in Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX and Baltimore, MD to administer and improve the delivery of state and community Federal grant-in-aid programs. Two-year professional development assignment as Special Assistant to the US Department of Transportation Regional Representative of the Secretary in a six-state region.

Prior to employment in the Federal Government, employed in the West Virginia Office of the Governor to develop a statewide Emergency Medical Services plan.  Other work experience includes teaching in the public school and junior college systems, multi-county planning and development for local governments in health, welfare, solid waste, transportation, communications, fire protection and law enforcement.  Employed in private industry key management positions in the railway and manufacturing industries.
